Alice DiPrima
Alice has been passionate about physical fitness and health for more than 25 years. She has taught mat and STOTT Pilates Reformer since 2007. In 2008, Alice became a Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA. Alice truly loves motivating people and helping them push to achieve their goals, yet it is her warm personality, sensitive nature and work ethic that bring her clients back for more each week.

Jen Leclerc
Jen is a certified POP Pilates and NAFC Group Fitness Instructor. She started doing pilates after her daughter was born and fell in love with the fun and challenging workout with POP Pilates.

Laurel Burrill
Laurel loved TRX the first time she tried it and continued her TRX journey by attending many professional education classes and receiving her certification in TRX Teams. Along with her career as a Human Resources professional, Laurel has been teaching TRX for many years. She loves the fact that TRX is for all fitness levels.

Katie Stapleton
Katie loves to teach and make exercise accessible and safe for everybody and every "body". She holds a BS in Fitness & Wellness Management and has been teaching group exercise since 2003. She has a Gerontology certification through BYU, has been certified with The American Red Cross, Yogafit, ACSM and NSCA. Though experienced in many modalities, her passion is with teaching yoga and pilates.

Roni Riley
Roni has over 30 years experience as an ACE-Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. During that time, she has trained in and taught almost every modality that exists in Group Fitness, which allows her to fill the role of “super-sub” at Windham Pilates. Her training and certifications include TRX training, YogaFit Level 3, Merrithew Total Barre and Barre Above. In 2013 she received her certification in STOTT Pilates Matwork and Reformer Level I.

Mary Berte
Mary has been working as a group instructor for 18 years. She is a certified instructor of Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, Aqua Fitness, Silver Sneakers, Pound Fitness, and Les Mills Body Step. Mary strongly believes that movement is crucial for spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. Whether it's for improving health or simply for the joy of moving, Mary believes that a body in motion stays in motion.

Dave Noonan
Dave has been teaching yoga for 5 years; certified as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance, with additional training in Yoga Nidra, Yoga sport science, and Mindful Resilience Yoga for trauma victims. Dave is a USAF veteran and currently NH state director for the Veterans Yoga Project charity. Dave is also attuned as a level 2 Reiki practitioner.
