Using a top of the line V2 Max Plus STOTT PILATES™Reformer, your Pilates workout is enhanced with eccentric and concentric resistance, three-dimensional movement and total musculoskeletal conditioning. Your final result is a total body workout that builds muscle, conditioning, toning and cardio endurance.
Our Pilates Barre is a mat based workout plus ballet barre work, designed to develop leaner, longer-looking muscles. This is a full-body workout, with an emphasis on toning the mid-section.

Yoga for Better Balance
Yoga for Better Balance is a less strenuous, less intense version of yoga. It can be very useful for those who are looking for a less intense or demanding yoga experience, such as seniors, women who are pregnant, people recovering from injury or even those who are simply looking for a more relaxed workout.
BodyShred
BODYSHRED™ is a high-intensity, endurance-based workout that utilizes intervals: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. Sneakers are required, and modifications are available for all levels.
TRX
TRX Suspension Training utilizes your own bodyweight by providing greater performance and functionality than large exercise machines. Created by a former Navy SEAL, TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
