  • Private Reformer

    Are you looking for more private training where you can get the individual attention you need to build strength, endurance, flexibility and overall health? Try a reformer class, with a private instructor dedicated to you and your fitness goals.

  • Post-Rehab Training

    We offer private post rehabilitation training for individuals who are released from physical therapy, physician’s care, new to exercise or prefer private sessions, and interested in a safe controlled exercise that is easy on the joints.

  • Strength Training

    Our Strength and Conditioning Room at our studio, contains a wide variety of the latest, state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment to help round out and achieve your fitness program with 1:1 private training with our certified instructors.
