If you're looking for a more athletic style of Yoga that blends the fitness capability of Pilates, look no further than our PiYo classes. Offering progressions in postures to challenge all levels of participants, PiYo offers both seated and standing postures with movement to tempo between postures. PiYo is a fun way to bring additional fitness challenges to your yoga experience.
