Group Strength Training Sessions

Strength Training Classes

Our semi-private and group strength training sessions utilize a variety of workouts and equipment to keep you challenged for continued growth. From STOTT PILATES® Reformer to other apparatus workouts, our sessions produce real, measurable results.

All levels are welcome. Any of our classes can be modified to accomodate prenatal, post-natal and other medical restrictions. No previous experience required, but space is limited, so please call to reserve your spot. Whether you are training for a marathon, preparing for a rugged adventure or just looking for a way to get your body in shape with a schedule you can manage, our professional, certified trainers will help you to meet your strength and fitness goals.
